The target Sleeps for a set time, and the effect ends early when the Sleeper is attacked (not counting the attack that gave the target the condition). Most bosses are immune to the effect.ĭream type attacks put the target in an idle state, called Sleeping, where they will either heal or take damage by a set value every second (whether the target heals or takes damage is random, and determined when the effect begins). Most bosses are immune to the effect.Ĭonfusion type attacks make characters attack their allies for a varying duration. Similar to Freeze, damage cannot be reduced by strengths. Silence type attacks prevent targets from attacking for a varying time (typically around two seconds). Damage from these attacks cannot be reduced by strengths.įorce type attacks knockback targets in a manner similar to the canon Knockback's Card. These two factors vary from attack to attack. Otherwise, they are almost identical to Physical attacks.īlind type attacks reduce the range of a target by a percentage for a duration. Water type attacks simply do 150% damage underwater. Each one has it's own special ability and is unique. There would be seven new Types, for a total of thirteen. Stick Ranger Ultra has some unique full-game mechanics, as well as the ones in the original Stick Ranger. To unlock Divine Castle, the Secret Boss stage, complete every stage, then go to the newly unlocked invisible stage, Divine Toll, and pay a fee of $9999 (in-game currency). At the very end is Dream Gate, which leads to Dream Palace, the Megaboss stage and is also the final stage. It would be the closest to the actual Stick Ranger.Īstral Plane has all of the mechanics of the previous worlds (only some levels are dark or have low gravity), and there are also Keys (not related to these Keys) a randomly chosen enemy holds the key, and for the next sign to appear, the Key must be found and collected.Īstral Plane's map is very similar to the original Stick Ranger's map, it also has many more stages than the other worlds. If you complete all stages, you'll unlock Hidden Base, which is invisible, complete it to unlock Moon Altar, the Secret Boss stage.Īstral Plane is the final world, it would be very challenging, and has no particular theme. The two routes converge at Moon Corridor, which then leads to Moon Base, the Megaboss stage. Moon Laboratory has two main routes, like Island, with some small pathways off the sides. Moon Laboratory has low gravity (about half gravity), so characters and enemies fall slower, and water enemies (including Germs) always act like they're underwater, even when they're not. As it is on the moon, expect lots of UFO and Mothership enemies. Moon Laboratory is the second-to-last world, so it would be very challenging. If you complete all accessible stages in Lost Mine, you will unlock Hidden Passage, which leads to Gold Rush, the Secret Boss stage. Lost Mine has many interconnected pathways, many leading to dead ends, many diverging into more paths, and many converging with each other, and a few converging at Vault Passage, which leads to Vault, the Megaboss stage. Lost Mine's stages are very similar to the Cavern stages from the original Stick Ranger.Īlso like the Cavern stages, every level in Lost Mine is dark, mean you will likely have to scout out the levels. Lost Mine is a fully underground world, it's filled with water stages. The Secret Boss stage in Industrial Factory is accessed by touching a slightly discolored Shock Beam. Industrial Factory has one core route to Terminal, the Megaboss stage, with many diversions along said route. Shock Beams do damage on every frame and can be passed through. Industrial Factory has Shock Beams, they are straight, yellow lines that do 1-100 Thunder damage to anything they collide with. Industrial Factory is a mechanical themed world, as such, most enemy and boss species are some form of a robot. The Secret Boss stage in Island is accessed through a path that begins with an invisible stage (like ?). The routes diverge after Valley 2, and converge at Ship Deck. Island has two main routes to Ship, the Megaboss stage. Island has no unique mechanics, but it does introduce water and most of the canon heads and species, as well as a few fanon ones. Megabosses are named after their world, instead of their stage, in Stick Ranger Ultra. Each world has a unique theme and mechanic (excluding the first world). Unlike the original Stick Ranger, Ultra has it's stages divided into Worlds, each world has one Megaboss, one Secret Boss (like Megabosses, but secret, optional, rewarding, and hard), and around twelve to twenty stages.
